Delete Your Qyros Account

You can permanently delete your Qyros account and all associated data using any of the methods below. This action is irreversible.

What will be deleted: your profile, connections, messages, privacy zones, activity history, and preferences.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel it first in your device's subscription settings to avoid future charges.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Qyros app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (bottom-right of the main screen).
  3. Tap Account → Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your password and type the confirmation word shown on screen (ELIMINAR / DELETE) to proceed.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, email contacto@qyros.com from your registered address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

After deletion

Your account is deactivated immediately. All personal data is purged from our systems within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained.
